Yoga for Mobility: 4 Week Pop Up Series with Jo
I am a RYT500 (Registered Yoga Teacher), E-RYT200, and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) with the Yoga Alliance. I am trained in wall yoga, aerial yoga, standup paddleboard yoga, and completed the Integrative Yoga for Seniors Professional Training course at Duke Integrative Medicine. I consider myself a student of life, always learning and working to deepen my practice and my understanding of yoga for myself as well as my clients.
I’m passionate about yoga. From the first time I stepped on my mat I was hooked. I kept coming back for more - more balance, challenge, strength, stillness, fluidity, harmony, quiet, and self-discovery. Yoga transcends every life stage. There is beauty in the practice of the asanas (postures) and freedom in taking those lessons off the mat into your life. Take time for yourself, water your own grass, and revel in it.

- Revolution Ballroom in Beaufort, SC
- This is gentle flow class with an emphasis on flexibility and balance. All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed.
- Please bring a yoga mat
- $25 drop-in or use your studio membership or class pass
